CTS SERVICE AGREEMENT Effective Date: July 8th, 2026 This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Chester Tech Solutions (“CTS”) and the individual or business purchasing services from CTS (“Client”). By purchasing any CTS service, selecting a CTS subscription plan, or otherwise utilizing CTS’s services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement governs all website development, managed website services, hosting, maintenance, communications, subscriptions, and related services provided by CTS. SECTION 1 Purpose of this Agreement CTS was created with a simple mission: To provide businesses with professional, affordable, and reliable managed website services while allowing business owners to focus on running their business rather than managing the technical aspects of a website. This Agreement establishes the responsibilities of both CTS and the Client, explains the services being provided, defines ownership of digital assets, outlines payment obligations, and establishes the policies that govern the ongoing business relationship. Nothing contained within this Agreement shall be interpreted as creating a partnership, employment relationship, joint venture, or agency relationship between CTS and the Client. SECTION 2 Definitions For purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply. 2.1 Chester Tech Solutions (“CTS”) “CTS” refers to Chester Tech Solutions and any authorized representatives acting on its behalf. 2.2 Client The “Client” refers to the individual or authorized representative of a business purchasing services from CTS. By entering into this Agreement, the Client represents that they possess the legal authority to bind the business or organization they represent. 2.3 Website The term “Website” refers to the complete digital project developed or maintained by CTS, including but not limited to webpages, graphics, layouts, navigation, written content supplied by the Client, coding, integrations, and related website files. 2.4 Managed Website Services Managed Website Services include ongoing services provided by CTS, including, where applicable: Website development Website hosting Website maintenance Website updates Website backups Security configuration SSL configuration Domain assistance Technical support Website optimization Source code organization Version history management Additional services included within the Client’s subscription plan Specific services vary depending upon the subscription selected by the Client. 2.5 Subscription Plan A Subscription Plan refers to one of CTS’s recurring service plans available at the time of purchase. Subscription Plans may include: Basic Business Ecommerce CTS reserves the right to modify future subscription offerings. Such modifications shall not automatically alter pricing or services previously agreed upon unless specifically stated within this Agreement or separately agreed to by the Client. 2.6 Founding Client Offer The Founding Client Offer is a promotional subscription program offered by CTS to qualifying Clients. The specific terms governing this promotional program are incorporated into this Agreement and further detailed within the separate Founding Client Offer Terms, which shall be considered part of this Agreement. 2.7 Business Day A Business Day refers to Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays observed by CTS. Estimated project timelines, communication expectations, and service periods referenced within this Agreement are based upon Business Days unless otherwise stated. 2.8 Third-Party Services Third-Party Services include any service, software, infrastructure, or platform not owned or operated by CTS. Examples include, but are not limited to: Hosting providers Domain registrars Payment processors Email providers Google Drive AI-assisted development tools Analytics providers Communication platforms CTS may utilize Third-Party Services when providing services to the Client. SECTION 3 Eligibility To purchase services from CTS, the Client represents and warrants that: They are authorized to enter into legally binding agreements on behalf of themselves or the business they represent. The information provided to CTS is accurate and current. They will maintain accurate billing information throughout the duration of their subscription. They possess the legal authority to provide any content submitted to CTS for inclusion within the Website. CTS reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if these representations are materially inaccurate. SECTION 4 Services Provided CTS provides managed website services designed to simplify website ownership while maintaining professional quality and ongoing support. Depending upon the selected subscription plan, services may include: Custom website development Website redesigns Website hosting Website maintenance Security implementation SSL configuration Website backups Performance optimization Contact forms Appointment booking systems Newsletter integration Analytics integration Ecommerce functionality Payment integration Domain assistance Technical support Additional plan-specific features Service availability depends upon the Client’s selected subscription plan and any purchased add-on services. CTS may expand or improve available services over time without reducing the core services already promised under an active subscription. SECTION 5 Nature of the Services CTS provides managed website services, not simply website creation. The relationship between CTS and the Client is intended to be ongoing for the duration of the Client’s active subscription. Throughout the subscription period, CTS may provide: Website improvements Technical maintenance Security updates Routine support Feature additions permitted under the Client’s plan Website monitoring Regular communication regarding the Client’s website The Client acknowledges that many services provided by CTS extend beyond the initial development of the Website and continue throughout the active subscription. SECTION 6 Website Development Process CTS follows a structured website development process designed to provide Clients with a clear understanding of each stage of their project while allowing flexibility for collaboration throughout development. Although each project is unique, development generally follows the process outlined below. Step 1 — Project Initiation Development begins after: A subscription has been successfully purchased; Any required onboarding information has been received; The Client has accepted this Agreement; and Any additional information reasonably required by CTS has been provided. CTS may request additional information throughout development if necessary. Step 2 — Client Information The Client agrees to provide accurate and timely information required to complete the Website. This may include, but is not limited to: Business name Contact information Business description Services offered Logo Brand colors Images Written content Hours of operation Social media links Existing website information Domain information Any additional information reasonably necessary to complete the project Delays in providing requested information may delay project completion. Step 3 — Website Development CTS develops each Website using modern development practices and professional design standards. Projects may utilize: Traditional coding Modern development frameworks AI-assisted development tools Website builders Third-party integrations All development remains subject to human review and oversight before delivery. CTS reserves the right to select the development tools and methods most appropriate for each project. Step 4 — Client Collaboration Throughout development, CTS may provide updates regarding project progress. Clients are encouraged to provide: Requested revisions Clarifications Additional information Feedback Prompt responses help ensure timely project completion. Step 5 — Completion Most standard websites are expected to be completed within approximately 2–4 Business Days after CTS has received all information reasonably necessary to begin development. Completion times are estimates only and may vary depending upon: Project complexity Client responsiveness Requested revisions Third-party service delays Circumstances outside CTS’s reasonable control CTS does not guarantee completion by any specific date unless separately agreed upon in writing. Step 6 — Review Upon completion, CTS will notify the Client that the Website is ready for review. The Client should review the Website and notify CTS of any requested edits or corrections. CTS encourages Clients to review projects promptly to avoid unnecessary delays. Step 7 — Launch Once approved—or otherwise authorized under the policies contained within this Agreement—the Website may be published or otherwise made available for public access. Publishing timelines may depend upon: Domain configuration DNS propagation Hosting setup Third-party providers Other technical requirements CTS cannot guarantee immediate public availability after launch due to factors outside CTS’s control. SECTION 7 Client Responsibilities The Client plays an important role in the successful completion and ongoing maintenance of the Website. The Client agrees to: Provide accurate information; Respond to reasonable requests for information; Supply content they are legally authorized to use; Maintain current payment information; Review completed work in a timely manner; Notify CTS of requested edits; Communicate respectfully with CTS representatives; and Comply with all applicable laws while using CTS services. Failure to provide requested information or respond to communications may delay services or otherwise affect project completion. Client Content The Client remains solely responsible for all content submitted to CTS. This includes, but is not limited to: Images Logos Videos Written content Trademarks Business information Product information Copyrighted material Any other submitted content The Client represents that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses required to use such content. CTS does not independently verify ownership of Client-submitted content. SECTION 8 Communication CTS believes clear communication is an important part of providing reliable managed website services. Communication may occur through methods selected by CTS, including: Email Shared project folders Google Drive Scheduled meetings Telephone calls Video conferencing Other approved communication platforms CTS reserves the right to modify communication methods as technology evolves. Response Times CTS strives to respond to Client communications as quickly as reasonably possible. Although many communications may receive responses within only a few hours, response times vary depending upon: Business hours Project workload Weekends Holidays Travel Circumstances outside CTS’s reasonable control Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, CTS does not guarantee immediate responses. Business Hours CTS operates primarily as a managed service business with flexible communication. While CTS may respond outside traditional business hours, official business operations generally occur during published business hours. CTS reserves the right to modify business hours as operational needs change. Planned Service Interruptions If CTS expects a temporary interruption to normal editing, redesign, or support services due to vacation, training, education, or other planned circumstances, reasonable advance notice will generally be provided to Clients. Routine hosting services provided through third-party providers may continue during such periods. SECTION 9 Website Edits and Revisions CTS includes ongoing website edits as part of applicable subscription plans. Website edits are intended to help Clients maintain and improve their websites over time. Examples of typical edits include: Text changes Image replacements Updating business information Color adjustments Adding or modifying existing website sections Updating links Minor layout adjustments Similar reasonable revisions Reasonable Use Website edits included within subscription plans are intended for reasonable ongoing maintenance. Requests that substantially alter the overall structure, purpose, or design of the Website may exceed the scope of standard edits. Examples include: Complete homepage redesigns Full website rebuilds Major structural redesigns Large-scale feature additions Projects comparable to developing a new website Such requests may require: A redesign service; A redesign add-on; Additional pricing; or A separate written agreement. CTS reserves the right to determine whether a requested modification constitutes a standard edit or a redesign. This determination shall be made reasonably and in good faith based upon the scope of the requested work. Excessive Requests CTS reserves the right to recommend alternative service arrangements when an unusually high volume of edit requests substantially exceeds normal ongoing maintenance expectations. This provision exists to ensure fair service to all Clients while maintaining the quality of CTS’s managed website services. SECTION 10 Subscription Plans CTS operates primarily through recurring subscription plans designed to provide Clients with ongoing managed website services rather than one-time website purchases. Each subscription includes the services specifically described for the selected plan at the time of purchase. Available plans may include: Basic Business Ecommerce Additional plans introduced by CTS in the future CTS reserves the right to modify future plans, pricing, and available features for new customers. Such modifications shall not automatically alter active agreements except where specifically permitted under this Agreement or otherwise agreed to by the Client. Plan Changes Clients may request to: Upgrade a subscription Downgrade a subscription Purchase additional services Remove optional services CTS will make reasonable efforts to process requested changes before the Client’s next scheduled billing cycle. Some changes may become effective immediately, while others may take effect at the beginning of the next billing period depending upon operational requirements. Optional Services CTS may offer optional services including, but not limited to: Additional redesign services Professional email configuration Premium integrations Future website enhancements Other optional managed services Availability and pricing of optional services remain subject to change. SECTION 11 Billing and Payment Terms CTS provides subscription-based services requiring recurring payments throughout the duration of the Client’s active subscription. Unless otherwise agreed in writing: Subscription fees are billed automatically according to the billing frequency selected by the Client. Billing continues until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with this Agreement. The Client authorizes CTS and its designated payment processor to collect recurring subscription payments. Recurring billing allows CTS to continue providing hosting, maintenance, security updates, backups, technical support, and other managed services. Payment Processor CTS may utilize independent third-party payment processors to securely process subscription payments. Payment information is processed directly by the payment processor. CTS does not intentionally store complete payment card information. The Client agrees to comply with any applicable payment processor terms in addition to this Agreement. Billing Authorization By purchasing a subscription, the Client authorizes recurring billing using the selected payment method. The Client is responsible for maintaining valid payment information throughout the subscription. Failure to maintain current payment information may result in payment failures, suspension of services, or cancellation. Pricing Subscription pricing is displayed at checkout before purchase. Pricing may include: Promotional pricing Introductory pricing Founding Client pricing Standard subscription pricing The Client acknowledges that promotional pricing is subject to applicable promotional terms. Taxes Unless otherwise stated, advertised prices do not include taxes that may be required under applicable law. Where required, applicable taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout by CTS or the designated payment processor. The Client remains responsible for any taxes legally associated with their purchase. SECTION 12 Renewals Subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected billing cycle until cancelled in accordance with this Agreement. By purchasing a subscription, the Client acknowledges that recurring billing is an essential component of CTS’s managed service model. Renewal pricing shall be based upon: The pricing applicable to the Client’s current agreement; Any promotional terms still in effect; and Any pricing adjustments permitted under this Agreement. Clients are responsible for reviewing renewal pricing prior to renewal. Promotional Pricing Where promotional pricing is offered, including introductory pricing or Founding Client pricing, renewal pricing shall automatically transition to the standard pricing specified for the applicable plan upon expiration of the promotional period. CTS will make reasonable efforts to clearly disclose promotional periods prior to purchase. SECTION 13 Failed Payments If a scheduled payment cannot be successfully processed: CTS may: Notify the Client; Request updated payment information; Retry payment using the authorized payment method; and Continue attempting payment during the applicable grace period. The Client remains responsible for maintaining accurate payment information. Grace Period CTS currently provides a seven (7) calendar day grace period following a failed payment. During the grace period: The Client may update payment information. CTS may attempt to process payment again. Website services may continue at CTS’s discretion. CTS may contact the Client regarding the failed payment. Grace periods are intended to resolve temporary payment issues and should not be interpreted as extending payment obligations. Cancellation Following Failed Payment If payment is not successfully received before the expiration of the grace period: CTS may: Cancel the subscription; Suspend managed services; Disable hosting or website services where appropriate; Remove ongoing maintenance obligations; and Begin post-cancellation procedures described elsewhere in this Agreement. CTS is not obligated to continue providing services following cancellation due to nonpayment. SECTION 14 Founding Client Offer Certain Clients may qualify for CTS’s Founding Client promotional program. The Founding Client Offer is intended to reward early supporters of CTS through promotional pricing and additional benefits. Specific eligibility requirements, promotional benefits, duration, and conditions are described in the separate Founding Client Offer Terms, which form part of this Agreement. Where any conflict exists between this Agreement and the Founding Client Offer Terms, the Founding Client Offer Terms shall control only with respect to that promotional program. Early Termination of Promotional Benefits Promotional benefits provided under the Founding Client Offer may be affected by: Early cancellation; Failure to maintain an active subscription; Failure to satisfy promotional requirements; or Other circumstances specifically described within the Founding Client Offer Terms. Any consequences of early termination shall be governed exclusively by the Founding Client Offer Terms. SECTION 15 Cancellation of Services CTS understands that business needs may change over time. This section explains how subscriptions may be canceled and the responsibilities of both CTS and the Client following cancellation. Client-Initiated Cancellation The Client may request cancellation of their subscription at any time. Cancellation requests should be submitted through a communication method approved by CTS, such as email or another designated support channel. Unless otherwise specified: Services remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. Future recurring billing will not continue after cancellation becomes effective. Any applicable Early Cancellation Fee associated with promotional offers shall be governed by the Founding Client Offer Terms. Cancellation does not automatically entitle the Client to a refund unless specifically provided elsewhere in this Agreement or required by applicable law. CTS-Initiated Cancellation CTS reserves the right to suspend or terminate services when necessary, including but not limited to the following circumstances: Failure to pay subscription fees. Fraudulent activity. Illegal use of CTS services. Abuse, harassment, or threats directed toward CTS. Material violation of this Agreement. Circumstances making continued service commercially unreasonable or technically impractical. Where practical, CTS will make reasonable efforts to notify the Client before termination. Nothing in this Agreement obligates CTS to continue providing services where doing so would violate law, compromise security, or expose CTS to unreasonable risk. SECTION 16 Refund Policy Because CTS provides customized services that require development time, technical setup, and ongoing management, refunds are generally not guaranteed. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at CTS’s sole discretion unless a refund is otherwise required by applicable law. Factors that may be considered include: Whether development has begun. The amount of work already completed. The nature of the request. Technical setup already performed. Any applicable legal obligations. Approval of one refund request shall not create an obligation for CTS to approve future refund requests under similar circumstances. SECTION 17 Website Ownership CTS believes Clients should retain ownership of their business and digital assets. Unless otherwise agreed in writing: Upon completion of development and while maintaining compliance with this Agreement: The Client owns: Their website content. Their business branding. Their logos. Their domain. Their source code, subject to any third-party licensing requirements. Materials originally supplied by the Client. CTS retains ownership only of: Internal business systems. Proprietary workflows. Internal documentation. Tools developed for CTS’s own operations. Intellectual property unrelated to the Client’s individual website. Nothing within this Agreement transfers ownership of the Client’s business to CTS. SECTION 18 Domains If requested by the Client, CTS may assist with: Domain registration. Domain transfers. Domain configuration. DNS configuration. Domain renewals where included within the Client’s subscription. Although CTS may assist with domain management, the domain is intended to belong to the Client. Upon cancellation, the Client may request transfer of their domain to another provider, subject to applicable registrar requirements and any outstanding obligations under this Agreement. CTS will make reasonable efforts to assist with domain transfers where appropriate. SECTION 19 Source Code and Project Files CTS believes transparency is an important part of its managed website service. Clients may receive access to website-related files through methods selected by CTS. This may include: Google Drive. Shared project folders. Source code repositories. Version history. Supporting documentation. CTS may modify file-sharing methods as technology evolves. Post-Cancellation Access Following cancellation of services: CTS intends to maintain Client project files for approximately fourteen (14) calendar days. During this period, the Client may retrieve available project files or request assistance with file transfer where appropriate. Following this period, CTS may archive project materials for internal recordkeeping purposes. Archived materials are maintained primarily for operational continuity and do not guarantee future restoration or ongoing availability. CTS reserves the right to permanently delete archived materials after a reasonable retention period. SECTION 20 Professional Email Services Certain CTS plans or optional services may include assistance configuring professional email services associated with the Client’s domain. Examples include business email addresses such as: info@business.com CTS may assist with: Initial configuration. Technical setup. DNS configuration. Troubleshooting. Administrative adjustments requested by the Client. CTS does not routinely monitor, review, or access Client email communications. If administrative access becomes necessary for troubleshooting or requested services, such access will be limited to what is reasonably necessary to perform the requested work and, where practical, performed with the Client’s knowledge or authorization. The Client remains responsible for: Email account security. Password management. User access. Email content. Compliance with applicable laws regarding communications. CTS is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised passwords, phishing, or other security incidents outside CTS’s reasonable control. SECTION 21 Third-Party Services CTS utilizes various independent third-party providers to deliver managed website services. These providers may include, but are not limited to: Hosting providers. Domain registrars. Payment processors. Google Drive. Email providers. Analytics providers. Communication platforms. AI-assisted development tools. Other software or infrastructure providers. CTS selects providers it reasonably believes are appropriate for delivering services but does not own or control these providers. Accordingly, CTS cannot guarantee: Continuous availability. Uninterrupted operation. Permanent compatibility. Performance of third-party systems. Policies adopted by third-party providers. Service interruptions resulting solely from third-party providers do not constitute a breach of this Agreement by CTS. SECTION 22 Security CTS takes reasonable measures to help protect Client websites and the services it provides. Depending upon the Client’s subscription plan, security services may include: SSL configuration HTTPS implementation Routine website maintenance Security updates Website monitoring Backup management Other security-related improvements While CTS strives to maintain secure websites, no website, server, software platform, or internet-connected service can be guaranteed completely secure. Accordingly, CTS does not guarantee that Client websites will be immune from: Cyberattacks Unauthorized access Malware Zero-day vulnerabilities Third-party service compromises Internet outages Other events beyond CTS’s reasonable control The Client acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with operating websites on the internet. Client Security Responsibilities The Client agrees to: Maintain accurate account information. Protect passwords and account credentials. Notify CTS promptly of suspected security issues. Avoid knowingly introducing malicious software or unauthorized modifications. Follow reasonable security recommendations provided by CTS. Failure to follow reasonable security practices may increase the risk of compromise and may affect CTS’s ability to provide support. SECTION 23 Artificial Intelligence and Modern Development Tools CTS may utilize modern development technologies to improve efficiency, quality, consistency, and project turnaround. These technologies may include: AI-assisted development tools Automation Code generation Design assistance Workflow optimization Other modern development technologies All deliverables remain subject to human review and oversight before being provided to the Client. CTS remains responsible for the services it provides regardless of the tools used during development. The Client acknowledges that the use of modern development tools is a standard practice intended to improve the quality and efficiency of managed website services. SECTION 24 Acceptable Use CTS reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services involving content or activities that are unlawful or inconsistent with CTS’s business policies. Examples include, but are not limited to: Fraudulent activity Malware distribution Phishing Illegal products or services Copyright infringement Activities prohibited by applicable law Content intended to promote or facilitate violence or other unlawful conduct CTS also reserves the right to decline projects that, in its reasonable judgment, expose CTS to significant legal, security, or reputational risk. Nothing in this Agreement obligates CTS to provide services that conflict with applicable law or CTS’s ethical standards. SECTION 25 Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CTS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of its services. This includes, but is not limited to: Lost profits Lost revenue Business interruption Lost business opportunities Loss of data Third-party outages Delays caused by independent service providers CTS’s total liability for claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to CTS during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where a different limitation is required by applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law. SECTION 26 Changes to Services CTS continually improves its managed website services. Accordingly, CTS may: Improve existing features. Introduce new services. Retire outdated features. Modify operational processes. Adopt new technologies. CTS will not materially reduce the core services promised under an active subscription without reasonable notice, except where necessary for security, legal compliance, or circumstances beyond CTS’s reasonable control. SECTION 27 Changes to this Agreement CTS may revise this Agreement from time to time. When material changes are made, CTS will make reasonable efforts to notify active Clients before such changes become effective. Continued use of CTS services following the effective date of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law. SECTION 28 Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which Chester Tech Solutions is legally organized and operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If CTS later changes its legal structure or state of registration, this provision shall automatically apply to the governing jurisdiction of the registered business. SECTION 29 Dispute Resolution CTS believes most concerns can be resolved through direct communication. Before pursuing formal legal action, both CTS and the Client agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes through communication. Nothing in this section limits either party’s rights where immediate legal action is necessary or otherwise required by applicable law. SECTION 30 Entire Agreement This Agreement, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, including but not limited to: Founding Client Offer Terms Privacy Policy Refund & Cancellation Policy Acceptable Use Policy Service Level Expectations constitutes the complete agreement between CTS and the Client concerning the services provided. Any prior discussions, representations, or understandings are superseded by this Agreement. SECTION 31 Severability If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be interpreted or modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent whenever possible. SECTION 32 Waiver Failure by CTS to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of CTS’s right to enforce it at a later time. SECTION 33 Contact Information Questions regarding this Agreement may be directed to CTS through the contact information published on the official CTS website. CTS may update its contact information from time to time without requiring amendment of this Agreement. SECTION 34 Acceptance of Agreement By purchasing a CTS subscription, selecting a subscription plan, utilizing CTS services, or otherwise continuing to use managed website services provided by CTS, the Client acknowledges that they have: Read this Agreement. Understood this Agreement. Had the opportunity to review its terms. Agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement. END OF DOCUMENT

Founding Client Offer Terms

CHESTER TECH SOLUTIONS (CTS) FOUNDING CLIENT OFFER TERMS Effective Date: July 08, 2026 These Founding Client Offer Terms (“Offer Terms”) govern participation in the Chester Tech Solutions (“CTS”) Founding Client Offer. These Offer Terms are incorporated into and form part of the CTS Service Agreement. By selecting the Founding Client Offer during checkout, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Offer Terms. SECTION 1 Purpose of the Founding Client Offer The Founding Client Offer was created to thank the first businesses that place their trust in Chester Tech Solutions during its early stages. In exchange for an ongoing service commitment, qualifying Clients receive promotional pricing and the waiver of the standard website creation fee. This promotional program allows CTS to continue investing in new services, improved technology, and enhanced support while rewarding early supporters with reduced startup costs. SECTION 2 Eligibility To qualify for the Founding Client Offer, a Client must: Purchase a qualifying CTS subscription plan. Accept these Offer Terms. Accept the CTS Service Agreement. Maintain an active subscription in good standing. Meet any promotional requirements published by CTS at the time of purchase. CTS reserves the right to discontinue the Founding Client Offer for future customers at any time. Discontinuing the offer for future customers does not affect Clients who have already enrolled under these Offer Terms. SECTION 3 Benefits of the Offer Eligible Founding Clients receive the following promotional benefits: Website Creation Fee Waived CTS waives the standard website creation fee applicable to the selected subscription plan. Current waived website creation fees are: Basic Plan: $125.00 Business Plan: $150.00 Ecommerce Plan: $200.00 These fees are waived only while the Client remains eligible under these Offer Terms. Promotional Subscription Pricing Founding Clients receive the promotional subscription pricing advertised at checkout. Promotional pricing currently applies for the first twelve (12) months of continuous active service. At the conclusion of the promotional period, the subscription automatically renews at the standard pricing then applicable to the selected plan unless canceled in accordance with the CTS Service Agreement. SECTION 4 Twelve-Month Service Commitment The Founding Client Offer is available only to Clients who agree to maintain their qualifying CTS subscription for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. The commitment period begins on the date of the Client’s initial successful payment. Temporary payment issues resolved within the applicable grace period do not restart the commitment period. SECTION 5 Early Cancellation A Client may voluntarily cancel a Founding Client subscription at any time. However, if the Client voluntarily cancels before completing the twelve-month commitment, an Early Cancellation Fee becomes due. The Early Cancellation Fee reflects the promotional waiver of the website creation fee provided by CTS at the beginning of the project. Current Early Cancellation Fees are: Subscription Plan Early Cancellation Fee Basic $125.00 Business $150.00 Ecommerce $200.00 The Early Cancellation Fee is not intended as a penalty. It represents the value of the website creation services that were waived under this promotional program. SECTION 6 Exceptions The Early Cancellation Fee will generally not apply if: CTS materially breaches the CTS Service Agreement and fails to reasonably correct the issue after receiving notice. CTS permanently discontinues the applicable service. Applicable law requires otherwise. CTS expressly waives the fee in writing. Nothing in this section limits any rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws. SECTION 7 Payment Failure During the Commitment If a scheduled payment fails: The CTS Service Agreement’s seven (7) day grace period applies. The Client may update payment information during the grace period. If payment is successfully completed within the grace period, the Founding Client Offer continues uninterrupted. If the subscription is canceled due to unresolved nonpayment before completion of the commitment period, the cancellation shall be treated as an early termination under these Offer Terms unless CTS determines otherwise. SECTION 8 Completion of the Commitment Upon successful completion of the twelve-month commitment: The Client fully satisfies the Founding Client Offer requirements. No Early Cancellation Fee shall apply to future cancellations. Promotional pricing concludes. The subscription continues at the applicable standard pricing unless canceled. Completion of the commitment does not require the Client to renew beyond the initial twelve-month promotional period. SECTION 9 Non-Transferability The Founding Client Offer: Applies only to the original qualifying Client. May not be sold. May not be transferred. May not be exchanged for cash. Has no cash value independent of the qualifying subscription. CTS may approve transfers only where required by law or under exceptional business circumstances. SECTION 10 Changes to the Offer CTS reserves the right to: Modify the Founding Client Offer for future customers. End the promotional program for future customers. Adjust promotional pricing for future enrollments. Such changes shall not reduce benefits already promised to Clients who have validly enrolled in the Founding Client Offer before the effective date of those changes. SECTION 11 Relationship to Other Agreements These Offer Terms supplement the CTS Service Agreement. If a conflict exists between these Offer Terms and the CTS Service Agreement regarding the Founding Client Offer, these Offer Terms shall control only with respect to the promotional program. All other matters remain governed by the CTS Service Agreement. SECTION 12 Acceptance By selecting the Founding Client Offer during checkout, the Client acknowledges that they: Understand the promotional benefits. Understand the twelve-month commitment. SECTION 3 Payment Information CTS does not intentionally store complete payment card information. Subscription payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers selected by CTS. CTS receives only the information reasonably necessary to confirm payment status and manage your subscription. SECTION 4 Professional Email Services Some CTS plans or optional services may include assistance configuring professional email accounts associated with your domain. If CTS assists with professional email services: CTS may temporarily access administrative settings necessary to configure the service. CTS does not routinely monitor, review, or read Client email communications. Administrative access is limited to providing requested services or troubleshooting. Where practical, such access will occur with the Client’s knowledge or authorization. The Client remains responsible for: Email content Password security User management Compliance with applicable laws regarding communications CTS will never intentionally access Client email for purposes unrelated to providing requested services. SECTION 5 Google Drive and File Sharing CTS may utilize Google Drive or similar secure cloud storage services to share: Source code Website files Version history Project documents Website backups Other project-related materials These services are intended solely to improve collaboration and transparency. Clients are responsible for maintaining access to shared folders after they are provided. CTS may change file-sharing platforms as technology evolves. SECTION 6 Cookies and Website Analytics CTS may use cookies or similar technologies to improve website functionality and understand general website usage. These technologies may be used to: Improve website performance Remember preferences Analyze visitor traffic Improve user experience CTS does not use cookies to build advertising profiles or sell visitor information. Additional cookie disclosures may be added if CTS expands its use of analytics or advertising services. SECTION 7 Data Security CTS takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect the information entrusted to us. These measures may include: Secure hosting environments SSL/HTTPS encryption where applicable Password-protected accounts Limited administrative access Routine website maintenance Website backups Security monitoring where included within the Client’s subscription Modern development practices Although CTS takes reasonable precautions, no internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure. Accordingly, CTS cannot guarantee absolute protection against: Unauthorized access Cyberattacks Data breaches Malware Hardware failures Internet outages Other events beyond CTS’s reasonable control SECTION 8 Information Sharing CTS values Client privacy. CTS does not sell, rent, or trade Client personal information. Information may only be shared when reasonably necessary to provide services, including with: Payment processors Hosting providers Domain registrars Email service providers Google Drive or similar file-sharing services Analytics providers Other service providers assisting CTS in delivering requested services Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or to protect the legal rights, safety, or property of CTS, its Clients, or others. SECTION 9 Data Retention CTS retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to: Provide services Maintain business records Resolve disputes Meet legal obligations Improve operational continuity Following cancellation of services: Project files generally remain available for approximately fourteen (14) calendar days, allowing Clients to retrieve available website files. After this period, project materials may be archived for internal operational purposes. Archived information may eventually be permanently deleted at CTS’s discretion unless a longer retention period is required by law. CTS does not guarantee indefinite storage of Client information after services have ended. SECTION 10 Your Rights Subject to applicable law, Clients may request to: Review certain personal information maintained by CTS. Request correction of inaccurate information. Request deletion of information where legally permissible. Request transfer of project files in accordance with the CTS Service Agreement. Withdraw consent for optional communications. Some requests may be limited where CTS is legally required to retain certain records or where retention is reasonably necessary to fulfill contractual obligations. SECTION 11 Children’s Privacy CTS services are intended for businesses and authorized business representatives. CTS does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law to provide valid consent. If CTS becomes aware that such information has been collected unintentionally, reasonable steps will be taken to remove the information where appropriate. SECTION 12 Third-Party Services CTS utilizes independent third-party providers to operate its business and deliver managed website services. Examples may include: Hosting providers Domain registrars Payment processors Cloud storage providers Communication platforms Analytics providers AI-assisted development tools Other technology providers These providers maintain their own privacy practices and policies. CTS encourages Clients to review the privacy policies of third-party providers whose services they choose to use. CTS is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party providers. SECTION 13 Changes to this Privacy Policy CTS may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect: Changes in services New technologies Operational improvements Legal requirements Business growth When material changes are made, CTS will make reasonable efforts to notify active Clients. The updated version will become effective upon publication unless otherwise required by applicable law. Continued use of CTS services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. SECTION 14 Contact Information Questions regarding this Privacy Policy or the handling of personal information may be directed to CTS using the contact information published on the official CTS website. CTS may update its contact information from time to time without requiring revision of this Privacy Policy.
